    FoE Recharge Kuranda Meeting Sun 22 May 2011

    FoE Kuranda is holding a  public meeting to discuss to possibilities and opportunities to RECHARGE KURANDA.

    We have invited keynote speakers and members of our region to talk about 100% Renewable Energy for FNQ Campaign and reintroducing a Real food community Market.

    This public meeting is an open forum to talk about energy descent action plans, community food growing, safe drinking water and having a good look at peak oil and climate change.

    JANET MILLINGTON: Transition Towns & Energy descent Action Planning

    ANNA MAQUIRE : 100% Renewable Energy: more than just a big idea.

    SJOERD AARDEMA: Launching Real Food weekly Markets for Kuranda.

      Hi Sarah
      My daughter Jess and I visisted Kuranda in January and made
      friends with the lovely coconut couple – Iftaka & Aby. Jess is
      now pregnant and would luv to speak to Aby regarding being a
      raw foodist and pregnancy/childbirth.
